Rheumatic Disease

Rheumatic disease is a group of diseases that mainly invade joints, bones, muscles, blood vessels and related soft tissues or connective tissues, most of which are autoimmune diseases. The disease is covert and slow, with a longer course, and most of them have genetic tendencies. The main manifestations are degeneration and necrosis of collagen fibers. Diagnosis of Rheumatic Disease

The following methods can be used to diagnose rheumatism:

• Routine examination. Rheumatism is a disease that affects multiple systems and multiple organs throughout the body, so a comprehensive examination of the patient should be done, including the examinations of blood, urine, stool, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, CRP, as well as comprehensive biochemical examinations.
• Serological examination. Antinuclear antibody (ANA) profile is very important for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rheumatic diseases, and HLA is closely related to rheumatism. Besides, it can also detect anti-keratin antibody, anti-histone antibody, anti-perinuclear factor, etc., which has certain reference value.
• Synovial fluid check. Extract fresh synovial fluid, do culture, and check serology and immunology.
• Imaging examination. Including X-ray plain film, CT, MRI, radiography, arthroscopy, biopsy, isotope bone scan, ultrasound, etc.
