Allergy

AllergyUnder normal circumstances, when foreign substances are recognized by the body as useful or harmless substances, they will live in harmony with the human body, and will eventually be absorbed, utilized or naturally discharged. If these substances are recognized as harmful substances, the body's immune system immediately responds to drive them out or eliminate them, which is the protective effect of the immune response. The immune response is one of the important functions of the human defense system. However, if this response exceeds the normal range, that is, when the immune system attacks harmless substances, this situation is called an allergy. Allergy is a kind of disease, because unprovoked attacks can also damage normal body tissues, and even the immune system sometimes attacks and destroys the body's tissues, which is very harmful to human health. Since entering the 21st century, allergies have become one of the most common global diseases.

Diagnosis of Allergy

The allergy can be diagnosed by:

  • Skin test. Your skin will be pricked and exposed to small amounts of the proteins found in potential allergens. If you are allergic, you'll likely develop a raised bump (hive) at the test location on your skin.
  • Blood test. Many allergies are mediated by IgE. It is speculated that the activation of complement leads to the production of allergenic toxins C3a and C5a. These molecules can directly cause smooth muscle contraction and increase vascular permeability. A specific IgE blood test, commonly referred to as the radioactive allergy adsorption test (RAST) or Immuno CAP test, measures the number of allergy-causing antibodies in the blood, and laboratory tests to find evidence of sensitivity to possible allergens.
  • Other tests. Including chest fluoroscopy, radiography, bronchography, gastrointestinal radiography, CT, MRI and other imaging diagnostic methods, which have important diagnostic significance for certain allergies.

Advantages of Our Products

Creative Biogene's allergy diagnosis products are mainly test kits, which can simultaneously detect a variety of allergen-specific antibodies through immunochromatography or enzyme-linked immunoassay. The detection is very fast, and accurate results can usually be obtained within 30 minutes. Our products have improved the diagnostic level of allergies to a certain extent, and have good guiding significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of allergies.

Creative Bioarray's skilled scientists have experience in developing outstanding products in the field of allergy diagnosis. We will uphold the belief of pursuing high quality and the spirit of professionalism to provide you with our optimal products. We look forward to working with you for your cooperation.
