This kit is used to determine specific IgE, using a solid phase to adsorb highly specific antibodies against IgE and liquid biotinylated allergens. The creation of immunosorbents based on anti-IgE antibodies provides flexibility and allows free choice of allergen testing, eliminating non-specific cross-reactions with other classes of immunoglobulins.
