Spondyloarthropathies

Spondyloarthropathy is a general term for a type of chronic inflammatory rheumatism that involves the spine and peripheral joints, ligaments and tendons as the main manifestations. This is a group of chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases with specific pathological, physiological, clinical, radiological and genetic characteristics. Inflammatory low back pain with or without peripheral arthritis, and some extra-articular manifestations are specific symptoms and signs of the disease. • Blood routine. Patients with acute attacks have less hemoglobin and red blood cells, 75% of the patients have accelerated erythrocyte sedimentation rate and increased C-reactive protein.
• Serum tissue antigen detection. HLA-B27 is of great significance in the diagnosis of this disease.
• Rheumatoid factor detection. Rheumatoid factor is abnormal in about 20% of patients.
• Imaging examination. Including X-ray plain film, CT and MRI examination. X-ray plain film is the basic examination for the diagnosis of spondyloarthropathies. CT examination can improve the early diagnosis rate of this disease to a certain extent, and can show the bone tissue structure and its outline more clearly. MRI has an important significance in the choice of treatment plans and surgical methods.
