Myocardial Infarction

Myocardial InfarctionMyocardial infarction is a life-threatening acute disease that is caused by blockage of the coronary arteries and necrosis of the heart muscle due to lack of blood supply, resulting in impaired heart function. It belongs to the category of acute coronary syndromes. The basic etiology of acute myocardial infarction is that the blood supply channel of the heart itself is blocked due to various reasons, and the myocardium that has lost its blood supply is still working, and the oxygen consumption continues to increase. Then there will be an imbalance between oxygen supply and oxygen demand, leading to myocardial necrosis. Previous heart disease, smoking, diabetes, dyslipidemia, overweight or obesity, improper diet, emotional agitation, and weather changes may all be the cause of acute myocardial infarction. Patients with myocardial infarction mainly show symptoms of sudden onset, lasting more than 30 minutes of compressive pain or suffocating feeling in the precardiac area, patients often feel near death.

Diagnosis of Myocardial Infarction

There are several methods for detecting myocardial infarction:

Heart markers. In particular, cardiac troponin (cTn) rises above normal. Serological examinations used to reflect heart function, cardiovascular inflammation, and heart tissue damage can indicate the degree of myocardial infarction to a certain extent.

Evidence of myocardial ischemia. Myocardial ischemic symptoms, new ischemic electrocardiogram changes, new pathological Q waves, coronary angiography, imaging examinations suggest new findings consistent with this ischemia report.

Coronary angiography. It can provide detailed vascular information, which can help guide treatment and evaluate prognosis.

Other checks. Echocardiography, radionuclide scanning, cardiac perfusion scanning, etc., can be used to assess myocardial perfusion, myocardial viability and function to a certain extent.

Advantages of Our Products

Creative Biogene's test kits use immunofluorescence, quantitatively detect the content of cardiac troponin I, creatine kinase isoenzyme, and myoglobin in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples in vitro, and is mainly used for clinical auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Our products perform well in speed, specificity and accuracy, making them the best choice for your research.

Creative Biogene's skilled scientists have extensive experience in developing diagnostic products for myocardial infarction. It is sincerely looking forward to cooperating with you and providing you the best quality product with all our hearts! You can choose us without hesitation.
