The kit is intended to quantitatively determine the concentrations of NT-proBNP in human serum, plasma, or whole blood specimens in Point-of Care and laboratory settings. The test uses the fluorescent conjugated anti-human NT-proBNP monoclonal antibody to detect any NT-proBNP appeared in blood samples. The fluorescence intensity of the test line increases proportionally to the amount of NT-proBNP in a sample.
