This kit is used to quantitatively detect the activity of α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase in human serum in vitro. It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial infarction; hepatic disease; malnutrition; folic acid and vitamin deficiency. Increase is common in patients with acute myocardial infarction, pernicious anemia, hemolytic anemia, teratopathy (increased ratio of LDH/α-HBDH); leukemia, lymphatic disease. Decrease is common in patients with immunosuppressive agents.
