The kit can be used to detect vectors and/or affected samples, and to screen for autosomal markers in one reaction, and can be used to detect thalassemia vectors and/or affected samples. The kit is based on the principle of STR labeling and QF-PCR technology. The vector is detected by linkage analysis and the use of STR labeling makes prenatal diagnosis more accurate and reliable.
