SRC3/NCOA3 polyclonal antibody

NCOA3 belongs to the SRC/p160 nuclear receptor co-activator family. NCOA3 is a nuclear receptor co-activator that directly binds nuclear receptors and stimulates transcriptional activity in a hormone-dependent manner. NOCA3 plays a central role in the creation of a multi-subunit co-activator complex, possibly by remodeling chromatin. Participate in the coordinated activation of different nuclear receptors, and also participate in the coordinated activation of the nf-kpa-b pathway through the interaction with the NFKB1 subunit.
