SLC20A1 polyclonal antibody

SLC20A1 is a high-affinity sodium-dependent phosphate (Pi) import protein. It is widely expressed and plays a basic management role in phosphate transport, such as absorbing phosphate from tissue fluid to maintain normal cell function. SLC20A1 participates in cell proliferation, tumor growth and cell signal transduction, and does not depend on its transport function. SLC20A1 can also act as a retrovirus receptor, making human cells susceptible to gibbon ape leukemia virus, monkey sarcoma-associated virus, feline leukemia virus B subgroup and 10A1 murine leukemia virus.
