This kit can simultaneously qualitatively detect Orf1-ab gene/E gene. The Orf1-ab gene has a specific sequence of SARS-CoV-2, and the E gene is a common sequence in coronaviruses. By using the RNA template (SARS-CoV-2) as a positive control, the effectiveness of the RT-PCR reaction was confirmed.
