This kit is a multi-target real-time PCR test for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus, 2019-nCoV) RNA in clinical samples. It can detect two different specific genes in the SARS-Cov-2 virus genome, namely the E gene and the N gene. It includes a single fluorescence channel for detecting conserved areas of SARS-like viruses, which can simultaneously detect SARS-Cov and SARS-Cov-2.
