This product is used to detect deamidated gliadin peptide (DGP) antibodies (anti-DGP), IgA and IgG in the blood. The test is based on immunochromatographic reactions. If antibodies (IgA and IgG) are present in the sample, they will react with deamidated gliadin. A positive result indicates that the antibody concentration is close to 20 U/mL.
