PRAME polyclonal antibody

PRAME is considered to be a melanocyte differentiation antigen, which is overexpressed in solid and hematological tumors. In normal tissues, PRAME expression is very low in normal testes, adrenal glands, ovaries and endometrium. PRAME is expressed at high levels in a variety of solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and melanoma, medulloblastoma, sarcoma, head and neck cancer, neuroblastoma, kidney cancer and Wilms tumor. PRAME, as a nuclear transcription inhibitor, binds to retinoic acid receptor a, thereby inhibiting retinoic acid-induced differentiation, growth arrest and apoptosis.
