PCT rapid diagnostic test

This kit adopts sandwich immunoassay method and immunochromatographic method based on gold nanoparticles. When the diluted sample in the dilution buffer is dropped into the cassette sample hole, the sample moves through the nitrocellulose membrane on the strip. The antigen-antibody complex binds to the capture antibody and is stained purple-red by the gold particles. The intensity of this band depends on the number of PCT molecules. The result is automatically calculated by the INCLIX analyzer, which can verify the PCT concentration immediately.
