OVCA1 polyclonal antibody

OVCA1 is an evolutionarily conserved gene and has basic biological functions in many species. In humans, OVCA1 was initially located in the 17p13.3 deletion region associated with early ovarian cancer. In ovca1-deficient mice, we mainly study its tumor suppressor effect and its potential synergy in altering p53-deficient tumorigenesis. OVCA1, DPH2, DPH3, and DPH4 are components of the enzyme complex, which can catalyze the first step of the bisbenzamide biosynthetic pathway to post-translationally modify the conserved histidine residues of eukaryotic elongation factor 2 (eEF-2) .
