The synonyms of mouse sCD146 is melanoma cell adhesion molecule. This ELISA kit uses the sandwich-ELISA principle. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent (microelisa) plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antibodies against mouse sCD146. Add the standard or sample to the wells of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent microplate and bind with specific antibodies. Then, mouse sCD146 and avidin-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate biotinylated detection antibody were added to the microwells and incubated.
