Qualitative test that allows to identify the presence of one of the 4 Plasmodia, Plasmodium spp. (P. spp), that infect humans, in DNA extracted from whole blood samples. Simultaneously this test allows to recognize the presence of the lethal species (P. falciparum). The test also includes the amplification of an internal control (human beta-globin).
