MAGED1 polyclonal antibody

MAGED1 is a member of the type II melanoma antigen (MAGE) protein family. MAGED1 can interact with nerve growth factor receptor p75NTR, antagonize the association between p75NTR and TrkA, inhibit cell cycle progression, and promote p75NTR-mediated apoptosis. It has been reported that MAGED1 binds to Dlx5 and regulates its transcription function. In the body, MAGED1 not only binds to Dlx5, but also binds to Dlx7 and Msx2 to form homologs. MAGED1 knockout mice exhibit depressive behavior and circadian rhythm disorders.
