MAGEB4 polyclonal antibody

This gene belongs to the MAGEB gene family. All coding sequences of members of this family are located on the last exon, and there are 50-68 sequences identical between the encoded proteins. The promoter and the first exon of the MAGEB gene show considerable differences, indicating that the existence of this gene family allows the same function to be expressed under different transcriptional control. The MAGEB gene is clustered on the Xp22-p21 chromosome. The gene sequence ends in the first intron of another family member MAGEB1.
