L3MBTL2 polyclonal antibody

L3MBTL2 is the abbreviation for Lethal(3) malignant brain tumor-like 2 protein. The PcG protein maintains the transcriptional inhibition state of genes, possibly through the modification of chromatin, which changes its genetic expression. Its association with a pigment remodeling complex suggests that it may help prevent the expression of genes that trigger cells to enter mitosis. Combines with monomethylated and dimethylated'Lys-20' on histone H4. In combination with histone H3 peptides, these histone H3 peptides are monomethylated or dimethylated on'Lys-4','Lys-9' or'Lys-27'.
