Application: | LRRC32, also known as GARP, is a transmembrane protein of 662 amino acids, the extracellular portion of which contains 20 leucine-rich repeats. LRRC32 is a cell surface receptor on regulatory T-lymphocytes (Treg cells), platelets, hepatic stellate cells and certain cancer cells. It has been demonstrated as a Treg-specific activation marker. LRRC32 is critical for the surface expression of latent TGF-β by binding to the complex and functioning as its cell surface receptor. Membrane bound LRRC32 can be shed from cell surface and exists in soluble form. |
This test kit is a solid phase sandwich Enzyme Linked-Immuno-Sorbent Assay (Sandwich ELISA). The MHC classⅠELISA Kit is to be used to detect and quantify protein levels of endogenous MHC classⅠmolecules. The assay recognizes human MHC classⅠmolecules. An MHC classⅠantibody has been pre-coated onto the microwells. The MHC class Ⅰproteins in samples is captured by the coated antibody after incubation. Following extensive washing, another antibody specific for MHC class I is added to detect the captured MHC classⅠproteins. For signal development, horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibody is added, followed by Tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent. Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development and the color intensity which is proportional to the quantity of bound protein is measurable at 450nm with the correction wavelength set at 630 nm.
