This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of 12 somatic mutations in the human KRAS gene exon 2,3,4 in the DNA of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples of colorectal cancer. This kit is not combined with drugs. Clinical trials only verify the detection performance of KRAS gene mutations in patients with colorectal cancer. This product contains KRAS19 PCR reaction strip, KRAS19 mixed enzyme, KRAS19 positive control.
