This kit is used for qualitative detection of 9 mutations of K-RAS gene G12D, G12A, G12R, G12C, G12V, G12S, G13C, G13D and B-Raf gene V600E in paraffin-embedded tissue specimens of lung cancer, colorectal cancer or melanoma patients in vitro.
