Human HER2 ELISA kit

KE00053 is a sandwich ELISA. The HER2 ELISA kit is used to detect and quantify the level of endogenous HER2 protein. This test recognizes human HER2. An antibody against HER2 has been pre-coated on the microwave. The HER2 protein in the sample is captured by the coating antibody after incubation. After extensive washing, another antibody against HER2 is added to detect the captured HER2 protein. For signal imaging, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody was added, followed by tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) reagent. The color development is stopped with a solution containing sulfuric acid, and the color intensity is proportional to the number of bound proteins. The color is measured at 450 nm and the correction wavelength is 630 nm.
