This kit can be used for the qualitative detection of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients by formalin fixed paraffin embedding tissue samples of EGFR/KRAS/BRAF/HER2 / ALK/ROS1 gene mutations. Among them, deletion of exon 19 of EGFR gene and L858R hot spot mutation were used for accompanying diagnostic detection of gefitinib tablets and Ectinib hydrochloride tablets. ALK gene fusion for concomitant diagnostic tests of crizotinib capsules.
