This kit is suitable for qualitative detection of EGFR and KRAS gene mutations and ALK gene fusion in paraffin-embedded tissue samples from patients with small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in vitro. Among them, EGFR gene exon 19 deletion and L858R hot spot mutation are detected by gefitinib tablets and Eczenib hydrochloride tablets, and EGFR gene T790M hot spot mutation is detected by oxitinib mesulate tablets. ALK gene fusion for concomitant diagnostic tests of crizotinib capsules.
