This kit is used for qualitative detection of 29 somatic mutations of human EGFR gene in paraffin-embedded tissue samples DNA from patients with non-small cell lung tumor. Among them, exon 19 deletion and L858R hot spot mutation were used in the accompanying diagnosis of gefitinib tablets. This kit is only used for the detection of NSCLC patients' target country sequences, and the detection results are for clinical reference only.
