Human EGFR gene mutation test kit

This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of 21 somatic mutations in the human EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) gene in the DNA of paraffin-embedded pathological specimens and plasma samples isolated from peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer and lung cancer. The product has not been combined with specific drugs for clinical trials, only for the detection performance of target gene mutations to verify. This product includes 8-link PCR tube reaction strips, Taq enzyme (EGFR), and EGFR positive quality control products.
