KE00142 is a solid-phase sandwich ELISA. EGFR ELISA kit is used to detect and quantify the protein level of endogenous EGFR. This detection method recognizes human EGFR. An antibody against epidermal growth factor receptor has been pre-coated on the microwave. The EGFR protein in the sample is captured by the coating antibody after incubation. After extensive washing, another horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibody against EGFR was added to detect the captured EGFR protein. Used for signal development, followed by tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) reagent. Use a solution containing sulfuric acid to stop the color development. The color intensity is proportional to the number of bound proteins. The color is measured at 450 nm and the correction wavelength is 630 nm.
