This ELISA kit uses the sandwich-ELISA principle. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent (microelisa) plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antibodies against human CA125. Add the standard or sample to the wells of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent microplate and bind with specific antibodies. Then, human CA125 and avidin-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate biotinylated detection antibody were added to the microwells and incubated.
