Human BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutation test kit

This kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of BRCA1 gene and BRCA2 gene coding regions in peripheral blood DNA samples from patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (including BRCA1 gene, exons 2, 3, 5-24, BRCA2 gene, Exon 2-27) and hot spot mutations and insertion-deletion mutations in exon-intron junction region, UTR region and promoter region. For patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer, the product registered clinical trial results showed that the product can be used to guide the related medication of olaparil tablets.
