This ELISA kit uses the sandwich-ELISA principle. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent (microelisa) plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antibodies against rat Bcl-2. Add the standard or sample to the wells of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent microplate and bind with specific antibodies. Then, human Bcl-2 and avidin-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate biotinylated detection antibody were added to the microwells and incubated.
