The immune response to influenza virus infection is affected by the host's previous exposure to influenza antigens. Serum antibodies appear in the second week after the onset of the disease, reach the highest titer after 4 weeks, and continue for months to years, and then gradually decline. By detecting the IgA level, the serological diagnosis of acute influenza infection can be completed. In the second infection, the IgG titer between the acute and convalescent serum increased four times or more. Our kit uses the above principles to achieve the purpose of efficiently and accurately detecting influenza.
