FANCA-Specific polyclonal antibody

FANCA, also known as FAA, FACA and FANCH, is a DNA repair protein that may repair or cell cycle checkpoint function after application. FANCA may be involved in the repair of DNA cross-links between strands and the maintenance of normal chromosomal stability. Fanconi anemia (FA) is a hereditary heterogeneous autosomal recessive inherited disease, which is characterized by progressive pancytopenia, a variety of congenital malformations and susceptibility to malignant tumors. This antibody is specific for FANCA subtype 1.
