ERGIC3 protein is also overexpressed in lung cancer tissues and cultured cells. The expression of ERGIC3 is related to the differentiation and histological type of lung cancer. Up-regulation of ERGIC3 expression can promote cell migration and proliferation. ERGIC3 may play an active role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. The molecular weight of the protein is 50kda, and the antibody can recognize 50kda protein.
