Real-time PCR detects the following fusion gene mutations in lung cancer samples. The kit detects 7 variants (1,2,3a/b, 5a/b and 6) in one reaction, but cannot distinguish them. Two variants (4 and 7) were detected in the second reaction, but they could not be distinguished.
