Diagnostic Project Manager

Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in the field of diagnostic development. The ideal candidate works closely with scientists across disciplines. The position requires excellent people skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a highly interactive, fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, nurture and grow client relationships.
  • Report project progress to sponsors via phone and email.
  • Maintain multi-disciplinary knowledge of relevant scientific literature and technology in the diagnostic development area.
  • Serve as an expert for clinical diagnostics, identify innovation solutions and lead the creation of product concepts.
  • Analyze, interpret and summarize complex data and contribute to project decisions.
  • Involve in the generation/revision of SOPs as required.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, medicine, pharmaceutical, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in related fields. Knowledgeable in diagnostic development.
  • Solid background in the diagnostic product development process with knowledge of related laboratory techniques.
  • Committed to staying current with the latest scientific breakthroughs in the life sciences and biotechnology areas.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) and the ability to identify and recommend solutions to problems.
