BRIP1, also known as BACH1 and FANCJ. It is a DNA-dependent atp enzyme and 5'to 3'DNA helicase to maintain chromosome stability. It participates in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks through homologous recombination, and its repair method depends on its combination with BRCA1. The defect of BRIP1 is a cause of breast cancer susceptibility (BC). BRIP1 deficiency is the cause of Fanconi anemia complementation group J (FANCJ). This antibody is specific for BRIP1.
