This kit is used to quantitatively detect BCR-ABL p210 b2a2 and b3a2 fusion transcripts in bone marrow or peripheral blood samples of patients diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) by real-time PCR. It can be used to monitor minimal residual disease (MRD) in patients undergoing treatment.
