For the quantitative detection of the BCR-ABL p190 e1a2 fusion transcript by real-time PCR in bone marrow or peripheral blood samples of patients who have been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) or Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML).
