BCl6 is a zinc finger transcription factor that contains the n-terminal BTB/POZ domain and the c-terminal zinc finger dna binding motif, which can inhibit the transcription of multiple target proteins and microRNAs. BCL6 protein has been reported as the main regulator of the development and growth of B lymphocytes. The change of BCL6 protein expression is related to the pathogenesis of various human hematological malignancies, especially in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). BCL6 is necessary for the development of T follicular helper T cells (TFH), and TFH is a subset of helper T cells necessary for the formation of mature and prolific GCs. BCL6 has also been shown to play an important regulatory role in macrophages. This antibody can only recognize human species.
