B-cell CLL/lymphoma 11A (BCL11A) is a highly conserved zinc finger gene. As a bone marrow and b-cell proto-oncogene, it may play a key role in the development of leukemia and hematopoiesis. It is an important factor in lymphogenesis and a necessary condition for the formation of fetal liver b cells. It may act as a modulator of ARP1 transcription repressive activity. It also participates in lymphoid malignancies through translocation or amplification events. Recent studies have shown that BCL11A expression is negatively correlated with protein expression. This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against the n-terminal partial chain of human BCL11A.
