BCL10 monoclonal antibody

The gene was identified through its translocation in mucosal associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The protein encoded by this gene contains the caspase recruitment domain (CARD), which has been proven to induce apoptosis and activate NF-kappaB. It is reported that this protein interacts with other CARD domain proteins containing CARD9, 10, 11 and 14, which are thought to play an upstream regulatory role in the NF-kappaB signaling pathway. This protein was found to form a complex with MALT1, a protein encoded by another gene known to be translocated in MALT lymphoma
