B-raf mutation test kit

The mutation frequency of B-raf gene in melanoma and thyroid cancer is 80% and 83%, respectively. This product uses the amplification block mutation system (ARMS primer) combined with Taqman fluorescence quantitative PCR technology to detect the B-raf gene V600E mutation in the DNA extract of tumor tissue from patients with thyroid cancer or melanoma. It is used for the individualized molecular diagnosis of tumor, and then assists in guiding the clinical individualized treatment plan of tumor patients.
