ARID4B is a protein containing 1312 amino acids and contains an arid domain. ARID4B is located in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As a transcription repressor, ARID4B may participate in the assembly and/or enzyme activity of the Sin3A co-repressor complex, or mediate the interaction between the complex and other regulatory complexes. ARID4B is highly expressed in testis, breast cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer and ovarian cancer. Low expression in thymus, prostate and ovary.
