ANA Profile is an ELISA detection system for the qualitative detection of RNP-70, RNP/Sm, Sm, SS-A (52 and 60 kDa), SS-B, Scl-70, centromere in human serum or plasma Anti-ANA autoantibodies of B and Jo-1. This product is for professional in vitro diagnostic use only. This test is used for screening and differential diagnosis of patients with suspected autoimmune connective tissue diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren’s syndrome, scleroderma, polymyositis, cholangitis, rheumatism, and vasculitis.
