MLLT4, also known as AF6 and Afadin, belongs to the adhesion system. It may participate in the homotypic cell-cell adhesion junction (AJs) tissue together with the E-cadherin-catenin system and play a role in the cell-cell adhesion junction. It is an actin and actin filament binding protein that connects the cytoskeleton of nectin and actin. This antibody is specific for MLLT4.
